Add a new person to your entry by typing @
followed by the name of the person. By hitting Enter
, the new person will be created and added to the entry.

lets you rate your mood from 1 to 10.
The mood history gives you a general overview of how you felt in the past three months. It also acts as a quick access to your past entries.
Maintain a reoccurring list of daily tasks that you can check off every day to build strong atomic habits. This list also allows you to make every item recordable, meaning you can track the time you spend doing this activity. To do so, you have to change the marker in [?]
